Dating back to the 17th century, this delightful English country public house, restaurant and hotel has recently been the subject of much rebuilding work to restore its former beauty. Following the careful renovation, the abundance of beams and stud work which were uncovered have been left exposed wherever possible to create a cosy, traditional atmosphere. The 24 bedrooms have been designed and furnished to offer the comfort of a modern hotel whilst retaining the character and restful style of the period building. Within easy reach of The Bell is the Bedford Estate, which includes Woburn Abbey, the ancestral home of the Duke of Bedford, which houses one of Europe's most important collections of art and furniture. The award winning Woburn Safari Park is also close by, featuring the safari drive and a full day of activities for all the family.
The hotel features a resident's lounge with a television and a choice of games.
