| Following a GBP 2.5 million refurbishment in 2007/8, the Harpenden House Hotel now features fully modernised conference and event rooms; the Garden Suite and the Evergreen Room. All of the 76 bedrooms were also refurbished to provide modern, comfortable facilities. In the main house, the individual feature rooms include air conditioning. Dramatic changes took place to the Georgian Restaurant, Welcome Lounge and bar areas, to enhance their original charm and bring both modern comfort and character.
The majority of rooms and meeting rooms are adjacent to the main house in the Garden Courtyard and Hertfordshire wing.

The hotel gardens are particularly attractive, while stylish public areas include a restaurant with an impressive decorative ceiling. Some bedrooms and a large suite are located in the original house although most of the accommodation is in a more recent annexe.
Our hotel is located with easy access to the M25 motorway network, just within 25 minutes of Central London, with easy access from the M1 junctions 9 and 10 or by direct train to Kings Cross.
